At Politecnico di Milano, I was hired with the goal of defining a visual language and communication of a new corporate brand: Polimi's brand for employment.

Among the various communication actions, the most frequent is definitely the implementation of an editorial plan to go out regularly on Linkedin and Instagram.
Dividing the content into various headings, with the team of colleagues we promoted open positions, told the peculiarities of the working reality of Politecnico and, finally, engaged and interviewed colleagues of all kinds - making them Ambassadors in their own right.
In the summer of 2024, the general Polimi rebranding was unveiled, and thus the contents were properly repurposed.
Job fairs and events
In addition to communication on virtual spaces, we have also been active in physical promotion at recruitment events.
On these occasions - in addition to attending and giving support - my job is to conceive the visuals for the booth and exhibition or merchandising materials.
